We take pride in our craftsmanship and dedication to excellence. To further enhance our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Process and Strategy Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview: Operations Process and Strategy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping MCS optimize its internal processes, from customer request to product delivery. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop a strategic plan to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the current operational processes and challenges.
• Conduct a thorough assessment and analysis of our existing workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in our operations.
• Work with key stakeholders to define and implement internal KPIs to measure and track performance.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on process improvements, technology adoption, and best practices.
• Assist in the creation of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Monitor and report on the progress of process enhancements and their impact on performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations process improvement and strategy development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of KPI development and measurement.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food sector.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a volunteer capacity.
• Passion for contributing to the success of a well-established chocolate manufacturing company.
