We are looking for professionals with experience within Financial Services / Investment Banking to come on board and work with our Tier 1 Investment Banking clients. We specialise in assisting our clients across their high priority and exciting regulatory change projects and you will have the opportunity to be a key member in transformative initiatives, building on your PMO skillset to help in the planning of projects and ensuring they run smoothly to completion.

About the role
The scope and nature of the projects on which you’ll work will vary however, examples of duties/responsibilities include:
Working on large scale transformation programs delivering material risk or regulatory orientated changes

Supporting reviewing of processes and operating models and working within a team to recommend and deliver material improvements for resiliency or efficiency

Contributing to assessment of controls processes and definition of solutions to optimise or deliver more robust control

Contributing to large scale regulatory remediation activities supporting delivery of changes to close findings, align processes, improve management and control, and improve data management

Working on projects for top tier investment banking clients, with a strong focus on the business process, data flows and digital transformation

Supporting large scale regulatory change initiatives such as IBOR, ESG, Risk transformation as a Project Manager or Project Management support officer (PMO).

You will organise meetings and facilitate workshops to help drive the project forward

You will be part of a team managing the overall program plan, risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions

You will be actively involved in developing periodic communication packs to share project progress and status
- You will be expected to learn on the job and develop a good understanding of the domain, the business process and changes, to enable your level of contribution to increase
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
A 2.1 degree in a Finance, Legal or STEM subject

2-7 years’ experience of working on projects or professional services projects (Ideally for Investment Bank or a Big 4 consulting firm, relevant experience within other professional industries would be acceptable)

Good understanding of investment banking organisations, processes and platforms

Some knowledge of investment banking products, trade life cycle and operational processes

Good project experience delivering change within a bank in a PM/PMO or coordination type role

Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)

PMP, Prince 2 or other project management qualification an advantage
- Ideally some exposure to Regulatory or Risk related projects
