The Role

As campaign Assistant you will work as part of the engagement team, supporting project delivery and engagement through a wide variety of activities. You will liaise with customers and suppliers to support project administration and provide accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

Project Administration

This role will be responsible for working with a variety of customers on meeting schedules, planning and reporting progress

Supplier Support

You will provide support to users of our platforms and assist with supplier queries, registration management

Communication Management and Content Creation

The successful candidate will quickly demonstrate proficiency in Project Administration and User Support and receive training and support to be able to develop skills that go towards;

  • Content Creation (e.g. Emails, Website Articles, Online Graphics)
  • Email Marketing
  • Website Management

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing projects with hundreds and sometimes thousands of suppliers
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers and support them on their sustainability journey
  • Represent supply pilot in a calm and organised manner
  • Work towards contributing to content creation and website management

Experience

Essential

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management

  • Problem solving

Desirable

  • Hands on experience with email marketing technology
  • Hands on experience using online query/incident management
  • Internal/Corporate/B2B communications
