We have an exciting new opportunity to work with the business development team!
This role will assist in the selection and recruitment of apprentices and will work with potential candidates by creating a pool of applicants ready for interview for upcoming vacancies by offering employability and work ready advice. This role will involve liaising with schools, attending careers events, and seeking other opportunities to engage with potential apprentices suitable for the live vacancies.
This role will be key to ensuring a professional and customer-focused service to internal and external customers and students.
The ability to work flexibly to an ever-changing environment and to handle information and process applications in a methodical, intelligent, and accurate manner are essential. you will require experience of working with a range of administration systems and be able to populate information into a report format.
Relevant experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage. The successful candidate must be computer literate and be able to drive.

Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
