KaarbonTech is a data and software company, managing highway assets for local authorities across the country. We use innovative smart devices and cloud technology for efficient and collaborative working, making real improvements to our customers’ maintenance programmes.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our growing Support Services team. We are the leading provider of highway asset management software and services, supplying over 45% of Local Authorities in England. Automating the relationships between geo-location, inspection schedules and defect tracking helps our clients plan maintenance schedules and balance costs better.
As we move forward, we are looking for someone to fit into our Support Services team and help sustain our continued growth. As a supporting role, the hours can be flexible to suit suit the ideal candidate. The role will include:
- Extracting and working with in-house data to report and present information using Excel and PowerPoint
- Duplicating, creating or improving existing documents to streamline business departments
- Assisting the marketing team with preparation, support and input of various documents
- Exploring third party software to see how they could be used to improve our internal processes or the processes of our customers.
- General administration to support all departments
Skills required:
- Problem solving attitude
- IT literacy across a range of basic software platforms/systems (Microsoft Office, Android, iOS)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to self learn through reading and watching video

This role is home based but will involve visits to the office in Bournemouth on an ad hoc basis. (est. 3-4 times per annum)
