We’re excited to be sharing that we have an opportunity for an inspiring leader to take their next step in their career by joining the Fresh central team as an Operations Manager covering Scotland (Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow & Stirlng). This role will offer you the autonomy to stamp your mark on your region enabling you to use your knowledge of the nuances of the geographical area and your commercial insight to set the mark for quality standards and to grow your team by bringing talent into the organisation.

The Operations Manager role purpose is to offer leadership to the wider site-based teams who provide the services that Fresh are contracted to deliver at the quality standards expected from our stakeholders’ which includes clear and visible people management and development. You’ll be working closely with local clients attending meetings, reporting back to senior management as required and will also oversee the site budgets and supervision of management of spend.

About you

This is a real hands-on management role where you’ll be supervising many aspects of the business, so we’re looking for an individual who has demonstrable experience of people management and development and operational management experience in either residential or facilities management. A formal qualification within Residential Letting and / or Property Management would be highly desirable and it’s essential that you have working knowledge of HMO licencing and the ANUK code of practice.

The Operations Manager liaise with many different stakeholders, both internally and externally so it’s important that you have strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style dependant on your audience and have experience of client management and reporting on performance.

This is a homebased role with regular travel to the Fresh sites within your region.
