Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Marston Green
Salary: £23,000 per year
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Swanstaff Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our client's warehouse team as Warehouse Operatives. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring timely delivery of welding supplies to our valued customers.
Duties:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming products, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately, preparing them for shipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain a well-organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve warehouse processes and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role, preferably within the Welding Supplier industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and order tracking.
