Operations Manager/Office Manager
West End
£70,000 - £85,000 plus exceptional benefits and bonus

We are working with an innovative and high-growth Investment firm in the West end that is recruiting for an operations professional to lead a small team and run a stunning office. This is a key role, reporting to the managing partner but acting as a conduit throughout the London office in terms of communication and projects.
You will liaise with the building landlord, dealing with any outstanding issues, and anticipating others, you will negotiate contracts with suppliers, track and sign off invoices, and produce monthly reports for the Head Office.
The Operations Manager/ Office Manager will ensure compliance across the administrative systems and look for improvements where necessary.
The ideal Office/ Operations Manager will be extremely commercially aware and will be able to produce high-quality reports and analyses of the existing structure. You will have worked in a similar role, within the Finance sector ideally, and will have the confidence and gravitas to lead from the front.
You will be a true chameleon, adept at rolling out projects but equally hands-on in terms of motivating others. A broad knowledge of running an office, combined with financial acumen and advanced IT skills are all key requirements for this exciting and senior-level role.

Salary is dependent on experience.
This is fully office based.
