Operations Manager (Warehousing/Logistics)
£60,000 +

VANRATH are very excited to be working alongside a rapidly-expanding FMCG Distribution business, situated in the Newry Area. Our client now have a brand-new opening for an experienced warehouse and/or logistics manager to take on the role of Operations Manager. In line with their current growth and forecasts, this newly created position will be of vital importance to the company's long-term vision and progress.
The ideal person:
- Previous supervisory role within Warehouse/Logistics
- Fleet Management/Compliance experience
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in line with business expansion
- Relatable qualifications are not essential
As the Operations Manager, duties will include:
- Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures
- Liaise closely with sales and finance teams
- Schedule flow of products to meet daily customer demand
- Responsibility for budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
- Assist with department recruitment
- Report monthly to directors
