This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team of professional experts in Facilities Management who are passionate about their work and the contribution it makes to the success of the university.
The Domestic, Grounds and Multiskilled Operations Manager will work with colleagues across all parts of the University, but especially closely with the Transformation and Change Directorate.
Other key partnerships are with the Professional Services team to find innovative and collaborative solutions for challenges of best-in-service delivery.
You will need significant knowledge of delivering agile Soft Facilities Management services, developing culture, and promoting Facilities Management excellence across an organisation.
A keen interest in opportunities to improve operational management, whilst providing evidence of embedding service improvements is essential.
