Job Description:

Are you a talented digital designer who thrives on simplicity and innovation? Do you have a passion for technology and the ability to translate it into visually compelling content? If so, we want you to join our in-house creative team.

As a digital designer in the Studio, you will have an opportunity to grow and refine your UI/UX design skills and learn more about the exciting space of payments technology. You will work closely with our Creative Studio team, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in crafting delightful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members, including writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other UI/UX designers.
  • Work with stakeholders and partners across the company to produce a wide range of content, including product UI/UX, interactive demos, landing pages, digital experiences and email templates.
  • Create designs that align with global brand guidelines while adding your own creative flair to every project.
  • Develop content for various media and formats, including web, email, mobile apps and other digital experiences.
  • Prioritize user experience by starting every project with the end-user in mind, ensuring clarity and emotion in your design work.
  • Apply a strategic mindset, asking the right questions to uncover the underlying goals and objectives of each project.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for skill development and learning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design projects or coursework (including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs).
  • Good understanding of design tools like, Figma or similar software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for user-centered design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Eagerness to take on challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bonus points for experience with After Effects, illustration, HTML/CSS/JS, codeless web designing or tools related to interaction design
  • Experience with project management software
