We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work with us looking after a collection of B&I contracts within London.
Location: London - zones 1-6
Rate of pay: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, bonus + amazing benefits
Working pattern: Monday - Friday
We are looking for someone who can:
- Ensure contracts are organised and performing in accordance with and to our brand standards and company values
- Assist the managers in the overall efficient and effective management of their contracts, which is to provide a high-quality product and food service to our clients
- Ensure development and training of our team
- Assist in ensuring that contracts are running in line with contractual obligations
- Drive the service and support to exceed our clients and customers' expectations, innovating and being creative
- Implement plans to achieve successful results for each contract
