Regional Operations Manager (Care Homes)

Salary: Up to £60,000

Hours per week: 40

Duties and Responsibilities of a Regional Operations Manager (Care Homes):

• Ensuring the care homes are compliant with regulatory requirements
• Working closely with the Home Managers to ensure high quality care is delivered
• Achieving financial and business objectives
• Providing strong leadership, support and mentoring to the care homes within the designated region

Experience and Requirements for the Regional Operations Manager (Care Homes) role you will have:

• Level 5 Health Social Care (Management and Leadership)
• 5 years of work experience in public health or related field.
• 5 years within a leadership role
• Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car
