Salary: Up to £60,000

Duties and Responsibilities of a Regional Operations Manager (Care Homes):
- Ensuring the care homes are compliant with regulatory requirements
- Working closely with the Home Managers to ensure high quality care is delivered
- Achieving financial and business objectives
- Providing strong leadership, support and mentoring to the care homes within the designated region
Experience and Requirements for the Regional Operations Manager (Care Homes) role you will have:
- Level 5 Health Social Care (Management and Leadership)
- 5 years of work experience in public health or related field.
- 5 years within a leadership role
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car
