Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus company car / car allowance, bonus and Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday no weekends
Location: Hull, Humberside - East Yorkshire

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for directly managing a team of operational staff and supporting the commercial and service delivery enabling the business to achieve its sales targets and profit margins.
- Coordinate, plan, control and deliver all aspects of day to day operations and assist in servicing existing client base and target new business and identification of emerging opportunities
- Work in partnership with the fleet department ensuring the business remains compliant at all times protecting the company's operating licence through managing systems and procedures.
- Ensure safe systems of work are provided for all employees and in conjunction with stakeholder management systems, utilise and develop the database reporting system to aid progression of the safety culture on site also to Innovate new ways of working and equipment to make the tasks safer and efficient.
- Play a key role in developing relationships with key stakeholders. Specifically supporting our desire for organic and strategic growth.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working within the industrial services sector and or waste markets, although experience working in a similar environment will be considered.
- Demonstrate experience of managing a busy team
- A firm understanding of health and safety legislation is required,l ideally be a holder of a NEBOSH General Certificate, In addition to this we would like people to have or be willing to work towards these including a CPC holder
