You’ll be working in Cornwall’s foodie capital; a serene location that’s perfect for getting out on the water, exploring the estuary, and navigating the surrounding coastline.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join our talented kitchen team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide experiences that delight our guests.
- You have a passion for creating culinary delights from quality, locally sourced ingredients.
- You’re a whizz when it comes to product knowledge, adapting to menu changes and specials with ease.

- Being commercially minded, you understand budgets and sales targets, and play your part in helping to achieve them.
- Having a wealth of experience in a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
