Administrator (Operations)
The School of English administration team provides high quality support to academic staff, postgraduate research students and the wider School. We are looking to appoint an excellent communicator, problem solver and organiser to support all areas of our operations administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and inclusive team who are committed to the smooth and efficient running of our school. Your role will be varied and involves providing administrative support under the areas of finance, operations and events to ensure the success of staff and student activities. You will work collaboratively with other members of our team to deal with customer enquiries and work with senior managers in our School. You will be a flexible and supportive team player who can work to tight deadlines and prioritise conflicting tasks. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key. You will be organised and can work under your own initiative and judgement.

This post will be offered on a permanent basis. Hours are full-time (36.25 hours per week), commencing 1 July 2023 or as soon thereafter. Job share arrangements may be considered.
