Job description
Admiral Law is looking for an Administrator to join our fast paced, busy Admin team based in the Cardiff office. The team support the business by completing a variety of tasks for all departments within Admiral Law.
No previous experience of Admiral Law is required, but an Admin background would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative role involving the use of Filestream (case management system) and other applications.
- Supporting the business in a variety of tasks.
- A point of contact for clients who need assistance.
- Dealing with a range of correspondence which comes into the department from clients, Admiral, and other sources.
- Assisting areas of the business with an array of tasks e.g., dip-checking reports/labelling files.
- Maintaining physical client data in accordance with GDPR.
- Tracing unreferenced post where necessary.
- Dealing with any ad-hoc tasks which may arise.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Strong attention to detail
- Keen to give feedback and suggest efficiencies and improvements within the team.
- Flexible attitude
- Effective communication skills
