Job description

Admiral Law is looking for an Administrator to join our fast paced, busy Admin team based in the Cardiff office. The team support the business by completing a variety of tasks for all departments within Admiral Law.

No previous experience of Admiral Law is required, but an Admin background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative role involving the use of Filestream (case management system) and other applications.
  • Supporting the business in a variety of tasks.
  • A point of contact for clients who need assistance.
  • Dealing with a range of correspondence which comes into the department from clients, Admiral, and other sources.
  • Assisting areas of the business with an array of tasks e.g., dip-checking reports/labelling files.
  • Maintaining physical client data in accordance with GDPR.
  • Tracing unreferenced post where necessary.
  • Dealing with any ad-hoc tasks which may arise.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keen to give feedback and suggest efficiencies and improvements within the team.
  • Flexible attitude
  • Effective communication skills
