We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join us and play a vital role in day-to-day operations to ensure the business runs smoothly.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of the store, preparing budgets and inventories, while supervising the team. The pace is fast moving and dynamic and you will be required to encourage team work, and to be energetic and creative, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills
Able to manage and deliver operating costs, and to identify suitable and efficient improvements
Highly numerate, with the ability to analyse performance and make effective decisions to ensure KPI's are delivered
IT literate
