About the Role
- Reporting to the Vice President North America and focused on the management of operational services across North America as well as collaborating with the broader Sedgman business leading the expansion of the Sedgman Operations business.
- This involves business development, mentoring and guidance to site support teams and building relationships and liaising with clients.
- Responsible for managing the development of operations services and contracts and ensure sustainable and profitable commercial outcomes.
- It will include engaging with management to investigate and implement innovative services or commercial models and solutions to enable Sedgman to meet client expectations or develop new markets.
About You
This role will be challenging and will need a broad range of skills and experience including;
- A degree in Mechanical, Process or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in the operations of mineral processing and crushing plants
- Ability to meet client expectations and tap new markets
- Proven ability to see a project through to completion
