MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Moneymore client. Due to a current surge in demand, they require a Maintenance Administrator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity within an expanding company and a good salary to match.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Plan and schedule defect and repair work.
- Ensure maintenance and compliance activities are issued and completed.
- Allocate work to the in-house mechanics and able to subcontract work when necessary.
- Work closely with transport planners to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
- Sourcing and purchasing parts.
- Ensure the system is kept updated with progress and records on planned works.
- Work together with the Transport Team to develop and improve systems.
Essential Criteria:
- Office administration.
- Good organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in maintenance planning essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
