Job description
My client are a leading, UK Hospitality based company and due to their continued growth they are looking to appoint an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities will include managing budgets, recruiting and hiring staff, using historical records to forecast future buying patterns, maintaining a working knowledge of their industry including challenges and opportunities in the sector and being able to design new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability, where necessary.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years experience in an Operational Management role, possess first class time management skills and have the ability to prioritise effectively and delegate when appropriate, be able to audit and monitor outputs and data analysis, be commercial awareness and have a thorough understanding of the competitive environment. A background in Hospitality is highly advantageous.
