Customer advisor
Location Farnham Surrey
The Customer advisor role is much more than serving behind the till. The role is hands-on where no two days are the same. We are looking for a committed individual who can share their passion and knowledge with our customers. It goes without saying your number one priority will be to provide great service consistently.
Other duties will include but not limited to helping keep the shop tidy, arranging stock, plus helping to organise orders and deliveries.
About You:
Have an interest in cycling and be enthusiastic about the products we sell.
Be outgoing and have a friendly personality.
Demonstrate a readiness to learn and develop.
Provide a dedicated customer experience that exceeds our customer’s expectations every single day.
Be approachable and able to demonstrate strong communication skills that are tailored to customers varying levels of cycling experience.
Be a flexible and committed team player.
