An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated person to join our Site Management Team within the Operations Centre at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital.
Enthusiasm, excellent organisational and communication skills are essential along with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the clerical and electronic systems within the Operations Centre to support the Site Management Team with the operation of the hospital site. This will include collating reports and data for situation reports (SITREP) and providing efficient administration support to the Associate Director of Central Operations and the wider team.
The post holder will be based in the Operations Centre and act as the first point of contact for enquiries for service users, staff and external stakeholders.

To provide an efficient high level administrative and project support service to the Associate Director of Central Operations and their teams. The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent organisational and secretarial skills and have the ability to work independently, using discretion and judgement were appropriate and managing their own workload.
This will include direct support for the Site Matron, Bed Manager, and Patient Flow Assistant with the smooth running of the Operations Centre.
