Job Title: Territory Operations Manager
Reporting to: Regional Operations Director
Responsible for: Team Management – Relationship Executives
Location: Remote working – Based within East Scotland
Salary: £50,000 + up to £40,000 bonus + Car Allowance

What will you do?
Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve "Number 1" status in the Territory, driving consistent growth and maintenance of existing clients.
- Spearhead the expansion of Market Share, making our company the preferred choice for temporary healthcare staffing.
- Showcase exceptional customer service skills and elevate client interactions, actively seeking and addressing feedback to ensure top-notch service.
- Skilfully handle complaints and collaborate with support teams to efficiently resolve issues, ensuring the best outcomes for clients and staff.
- Foster a collaborative culture, sharing innovative ideas across the business to continuously improve the Newcross experience..
- Take charge of account accuracy and debt control, conducting monthly reviews for seamless financial management.
- Cultivate a high-performance team culture, motivating and coaching your team to achieve and celebrate their objectives and targets.
