Food Processing Shift Leader

What will I do as a Food Processing Shift Leader:
Not only will you run shifts daily, leading the team, but you’ll be also responsible for mixing our secret ingredients, filling, decorating, and boxing all our yummy doughnuts by hand daily. You’ll work, in a fast-paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food processing specifications is key.
What we’re looking for in a Food Processing Shift Leader:
- Previous experience in a similar position or desire and ability to step up into a leadership role is essential.
- Flexibility to work an 8 hour / day, in line with site specific manufacturing shift requirements.
- Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday
- Quality focused, team players, who “owns the outcome” and is driven to succeed.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
