Role Overview
As Operations Manager you will be supporting the smooth and efficient running of our stores to exceed customer and team member expectations and support our growth. Working with the management team, this role supports the Operations Department along with Supply Chain and IT and you will be an important link between our stores and head office.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as support and point of contact for stores and maintain communication flow between head office and stores.
- As an expert in our operations, you’ll lead by example, providing exceptional service to our team members and customers.
- Act as in store IT manager, resolving issues, participating in the implementation of IT updates, and eventually driving improvements.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and enforce company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Train, motivate, and mentor restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Work with our stores and distributors to ensure there are no product shortages.
- Implement long-term solutions to ensure the quality and availability of our products and packaging is assured.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of multi-unit food service experience with a proven track record of successful operations management.
- Attention to detail, and high-level of accountability for the quality and timely completion of projects.
- Ability to time-manage and multi-task in a demanding and fast-paced workplace.
- Positive and energetic with a strong work ethic.
- Innovative problem solver.
- Productive working from home and able to meet in person in Ottawa (and visit our stores) easily.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
