Location: Sheffield - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be working within the Facilities Management PFI Team, supporting them in the operational performance of a portfolio of PFI and FM Contracts
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure that monthly reviews of the P&L is undertaken with the Senior Contract Mangers and PFI Finance Manager and that the P&L is in line with agreed forecast and targets. A report of this to be forwarded to the Head of PFI along with a list of all financial and commercial risks
- Ensure operational performance of the Senior Contract Managers are met and regular reports on each portfolio is issued to Head of PFI
- Ensure that the Senior contract Managers are the expert in the Contracts and have a full understanding of all contract requirements ensuring that a Contract Deliverables spreadsheet is produced and complied with.
- Setting of Financial Budgets with Head of PFI
What are we looking for?
This role of Operations Manager is great for you if:
- Have an understanding of PFI contractual requirements, KPIs and client/stakeholder requirements and contract deliverables
- Management and facilities management qualifications for hard and soft FM services
- Prior experience managing multiple contracts in PFI/PPP sector
