About this role:
Our Account Managers play a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission. As the frontline representatives of Just Eat for Business, they serve as the main touchpoint for our corporate clients.
The Junior Account Manager position is tailored to bolster our Senior Account Managers by contributing to our largest, strategically important accounts. Focusing on building client relationships, ensuring client retention, and driving growth are at the core of their responsibilities.
The Junior Account Manager will also be an event specialist within the team and will be responsible for collaborating with our extensive network of restaurants, caterers, and pop-ups to plan the best events for our clients. Prioritisation and strong organisational skills are imperative, enabling them to seamlessly oversee multiple events. They are a driver of growth so must be commercially aware and comfortable selling a solution to fit their customers' needs. This is a fantastic role for an Account Exec or Account Admin who is ready to take on more responsibility and eager to develop.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Build and maintain relationships with a number of clients
Help support Senior AM on day to day tasks
Send food suggestions for key celebration days
Be an event expert in the team and improve processes for event planning
Support your line manager to grow and upsell your accounts
Equip your line manager with the right information to be able to succeed in commercial planning
Use Hubspot (CRM software) to help manage your accounts, log useful information about them and set reminders
Be part of a fun and dynamic team with lots of energy
What will you bring to the table?
Ideally some prior experience working in a customer-facing role
Confident speaking to people every day, both on the phone, face to face and email
High emotional EQ and naturally a people person
Examples of putting yourself out of your comfort zone
A hunger for hitting targets and evidence of commercial awareness
Strong attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
Event planning experience is a bonus
