Job description
Your proactive approach to resource planning will ensure any risk of priorities changing or unexpected events occurring during the working week is minimised. You will regularly review your workload and set priorities for both your own tasks and those of the team, to ensure the delivery against deadlines and its working practices in a coordinated way.
Job Responsibilities and Major Activities
- The ability to prioritise, multitask and cope with interruptions whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Support and implement initiatives to develop processes and ways of working.
- An understanding of how to use performance data to forecast and plan resources to deliver on time and quality measures.
- Implementing key administrative improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintaining the company HR, governance and ensure all legal and regulatory compliance is followed.
- Managing administration budgets.
- Daily management of office coordinator’s work stream.
- Experience of establishing effective office systems and processes.
- Experience of managing teams confidently and pro-actively, motivating them to be engaged in their role/s.
- Experience of delivering against performance targets in an operational environment.
- The ability to use your own initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Acting as a point of contact for all general enquiries, both internally and externally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
