The Operations Manager will be a passionate leader for the Indigo brand responsible for ensuring that professional parking management service is delivered to our clients and customers.
Please note: This is a Mobile/Field position which requires a frequent travel around the lower mainland and occasionally to other cities within BC
What Would You Be Doing?
- Responsible for developing client relationships, business retention and increasing overall profitability
- Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreements between Indigo and our clients
- Overall responsibility for projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operations
- Overseeing the month end process including month end invoicing for all locations as required
- Oversee and audit monthly deposits from revenue generating locations
- Financial and operational reports as required; assist with budget preparation, stock audit and control, purchase, and expense approvals
- Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of their team
- In collaboration with the human resources department, the Operations Manager is responsible for hiring, terminations, and providing progressive discipline when required
- Additional duties as assigned
What Are We Looking For?
- 2+ years in a Management or Supervisory role
- 2+years in an Operational or Sales role
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed interpersonal, team building and leadership skills
- Experience in managing and negotiating service contracts
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively within all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
