This is a fantastic, newly created opportunity for an experienced and capable Operations Manager who is skilled in the areas of planning, organising and strategising the daily operations and routine.
This opening will allow you to join and be part of a medium sized, inclusive business that has created a family feel, sociable and supported environment, reporting to the Head of Operations.
With 12 direct reports which consist of administration staff and Engineers you will lead the department and team whilst developing and implementing operational strategies to continually improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This full filling role and areas of responsibility will include;
- Chair weekly stock meetings
- Carry out 1:1's with Team Leaders
- Agree budgets and targets with Head of Operations
- Be the focal point for all escalations arising from installations
- Evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures
- Oversee the management of the installations calendar
- Collaborate effectively with a number of internal departments, Finance, Customer Service and Technical Support
- Oversee the daily running of the warehouse and stock
