As a Operations Manager you will report directly to the CEO, be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the company and supervise both staff and outside contractors. The ideal candidate is a team player with an excellent work ethic who is able to maintain strict safety standards, create new and innovative ways to improve efficiency and response times, and eliminate unnecessary costs. We are seeking a professional who can identify critical issues and take immediate action when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse information
- Inform staff of problems and risks
- Oversee logistics
- Plan and oversee tasks
- Provide direction to staff members
- Plan projects and programmes
- Monitor results
- Write reports
There will also be an opportunity to progross within the company to a more senior position, up to MD level, subject to performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £52,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
