Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist with expertise in administering
and managing a diverse range of platforms, including DocuSign, ITSM, MuleSoft, Business
Cloud applications, No code/Low code platforms, Bots, AI, and other similar applications.
As an IT Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
operation, integration, and optimization of these platforms to support our organization's
digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Platform Administration: Take ownership of the administration, configuration, and
Cloud applications, No code/Low code platforms, Bots, AI, and others.
- System Monitoring and Support: Monitor the performance, availability, and
escalations. Provide responsive and effective technical support to end-users,
troubleshooting platform-related problems, and resolving user queries or
concerns.
- Integration and Interoperability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and
ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure platforms based on
tools and features.
- Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, including

functionality, features, and best practices.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures and
protection, and adherence to industry standards.
- Platform Evaluation and Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with emerging

Education:
