Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist with expertise in administering
and managing a diverse range of platforms, including DocuSign, ITSM, MuleSoft, Business
Cloud applications, No code/Low code platforms, Bots, AI, and other similar applications.
As an IT Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
operation, integration, and optimization of these platforms to support our organization's
digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)


  • Platform Administration: Take ownership of the administration, configuration, and
maintenance of various platforms, including DocuSign, ITSM, MuleSoft, Business
Cloud applications, No code/Low code platforms, Bots, AI, and others.
  • System Monitoring and Support: Monitor the performance, availability, and
security of the platforms, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues or
escalations. Provide responsive and effective technical support to end-users,
troubleshooting platform-related problems, and resolving user queries or
concerns.
  • Integration and Interoperability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and
system architects to integrate platforms with existing systems and applications,
ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure platforms based on
business requirements, workflows, and best practices, leveraging platform-specific
tools and features.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, including
user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on platform
functionality, features, and best practices.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures and
regulatory compliance requirements within the platforms, ensuring data privacy,
protection, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Platform Evaluation and Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with emerging
technologies, trends, and advancements related to the platforms. Evaluate and
recommend enhancements, upgrades, and new features to optimize platform
utilization and user experience.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to
troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and coordinate platform-related activities,
including license management, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in platform administration and technology-specific
certifications are desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in administering and managing
platforms such as DocuSign, ITSM, MuleSoft, Business Cloud applications, No
code/Low code platforms, Bots, AI, and others. Experience with multiple platforms
simultaneously is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in platform administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms such as DocuSign,
ITSM, Mulesoft, Business Cloud applications, No code/Low code platforms, Bots,
AI, and others.
  • Understanding of integration methodologies and experience in integrating
platforms with various systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with no code/low code development platforms, automation tools, and
artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify,
troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues. Proven ability to develop creative
solutions to meet business needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams,
stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to platform administration, ensuring
accuracy, quality, and adherence to best practices.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple
priorities, and adapt to changing business needs and technology landscapes.
  • Security and Compliance: Knowledge of data privacy, security best practices, and
regulatory compliance requirements related to platform administration.
