YOUR MISSION

You will assist our VP Commercial Operations in ensuring revenue growth through operational excellence in the commercial teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Commercial Operations Manager at enmacc, you will design and optimise processes and systems that support the company's revenue-generating efforts. You will work collaboratively with Sales/Account Management, Finance, and BI teams to enable our commercial function.

You will:

  • Conceptualise, design and implement commercial processes and workflows
  • Analyse revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of revenue operations
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies to improve revenue productivity and efficiency and reduce manual work by automating actions where possible
  • Collaborate with BI & Finance to ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting
  • Build reporting dashboards and drive analysis to increase the performance visibility to the business owners, incl. revenue forecasting, sales trend analyses, opportunity funnel management, commercial review and board reporting
  • Help define rules of engagement, sales quota and territory management
  • Support accurate invoicing by designing and managing the commercial billing operations
  • Maintain a sharp eye on best practices in the field of revenue operations to continuously drive process improvements
  • Act as sparring partner and challenger to other commercial teams
YOUR PROFILE / WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 3-5 years work experience in revenue/sales operations, ideally in a start-up/tech/software environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data sets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills with a focus on building strong relationships across departments
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and sales tech stacks (Zoho/Salesforce/Hubspot etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of ZoHo, Tableau, and automatisation tools strong plus
  • Strong team player with low-ego personality
  • Strives both at conceptual work and detailed implementation
  • Graduate in Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science or related quantitative field
  • Fluent in English, some knowledge in German is a plus
