Job description
The Department for Continuing Education seeks to appoint a responsible and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The successful candidate will be professional, customer focused, have good communication skills, be flexible and have an organised approach to work. You will have demonstrable experience in catering, preferably with bar or barista experience.
The Department has a busy catering operation providing meals and fine dining events to our students and external clients. The operation takes place mainly on two sites (Central Oxford & Summertown), seven days per week, and the Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to organise and provide the catering service of the Department.
