DoubleTree by Hilton London – Ealing is a stylish hotel ideally located in the heart of West London & within minutes of Ealing Common & Ealing Broadway underground stations.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to join our senior leadership Team.

What you will be great at:

  • As the Operations Manager, you will ensure effective operational management that enables Heads of Department to surpass their revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Work in conjunction with the General Manager to actively manage key property initiatives (including capital Expenditure; customer service; refurbishment projects)
  • Facilitate the development of meaningful and achievable hotel budgets, as well as short and long-term strategic goals.
  • Respond to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
  • Oversee, harmonize and stimulate progressive steps with the objective to exceed guest expectations.
  • Utilize brand metrics, including SALT, to ensure the maintenance of quality measures and compliance with hotel and company Service Standards.
  • Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analysed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action.
  • Nurture and develop the hotels leaders to enable career progression and ensure effective succession planning within both the hotel and company.
  • Putting yourself in the best possible position to become the next General Manager.
  • Solicit and respond to guest feedback to attain favourable outcomes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
