Operations Manager (PropTech Consultancy)
Remote: MUST BE UK Based - some requirement to travel
Up to £65k DOE

Industry: SaaS, Software Managed Services, Consultancy, Fintech

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join this growing PropTech Consultancy team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational management and a passion for delivering value to clients and team alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations team, consultancy projects, and related staff, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and team members, from onboarding through the entire lifecycle of the relationship.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to enhance company efficiency and capacity.

• Manage operational activities including project management, scheduling, resourcing, task allocation, and project administration.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contract renewals.

• Assist in sales, contribute to tenders, and manage accounts.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management, preferably within the Consultancy, Technology, Real Estate, or Finance industry.

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing operations and/or projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.

• Familiarity with management and accounting software.

• Expertise in conflict management and business negotiation processes.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
