Click is an established and fast growing London property marketing business with ambitions to expand still further in the coming months and years. To support these plans we are now looking for an Operations Manager who can ensure that we continue to deliver excellent customer service whilst developing our processes and systems, building a platform to grow the business still further.
You will have experience of managing operations in a service led business (not necessarily property marketing) and of putting in place the systems infrastructure to support it. A commercial mindset and ability to critically evaluate options is essential as is the confidence to challenge established thinking. You will work with the management team to develop plans and strategies and hold others to account to deliver them.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the companies operations
- Day to day management of the outsourced contractors and in house office coordinators, including evaluating performance & identifying areas for improvement of the back office, working with the Head of Training and Products
- Maintaining tone of voice, ensuring that all communication by the company meets the required standards
- Ensuring the accuracy of the data entered into the CRM system and developing best practices to self critique and check work done
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in the course of operations
- Monitoring and tracking the company’s operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
- Collaborating with and challenging senior management to develop and implement strategies for the growth and success of the company
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within the company’s operations.
