If the answer to all those questions is a yes then this Operations Manager role could be your next step. You will ensure resilience of the two ClearDebit bureaux and will heavily focus on pulling them into one cohesive bureau over time with the General Manager and Product Manager.

You'll sit within of a team 17 and you'll work very closely with the processing and finance team as well as the General Manager. This role is 37.5 hours a week and is hybrid, you'll be based from a commutable distance to either the London office or Newcastle. Office hours are between 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
A typical day would be to oversee and ensure accuracy and quality of daily Direct Debit bureaux processing. You'd work with the Software Development team to ensure customer support and BAU runs smoothly, and new installation projects are delivered in accordance with customer requirements. You'll ensure business continuity planning and testing and adherence to GDPR and document managenement best practive.
To succeed, you'll need 2-3 years of experience in a smilar role. You'll need to be organized and demonstrate analytical and risk averse thought processes. It would be great if you have previous experience in direct debit or payments but if you don't, we will train you!
