Responsibilities
· Undertaking mobility and disability adaptions using your talents, skills, passion and tools to create a great space in someone's home
· Using your multi-trade skillsets delivering assigned tasks on time
· Updating the project team daily on progress/ issues
· Taking pride in meeting and exceeding client requirements
· Providing feedback to the site manager on positive and negative aspects of delivery to inform continuous improvement of future works
Experience Required
· Experienced in one or more trades Joiner / plumber / tiling (main trade) 5 years min experience
· Multi-trade skills across the following areas:
o Good knowledge of Wet Room / Bathroom installs,
o carpentry,
o tiling,
o plastering,
o flooring
· Sanitaryware installs
· Wetrooms installs
· Alterations to heating systems (not Boilers or Gas)
· Other skills required ie: Tiling, Painting
· Provide excellent customer service
· DBS enhanced cleared (or willingness to undertake DBS enhanced checks)
· Full UK driving licence
· Right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
