Join Swissport as a Regional Training Officer in ground operations and help us train and develop our people to deliver the best ground handling service to our customers across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for subject matter experts in ground handling operations from ramp, bag hall, passenger services, aircraft cleaning and operations. As an experienced operator, ideally with previous training experience, you will be working in a fast-paced environment delivering a blend of theory, practical and virtual training to induct, coach and develop new and existing employees.

This role is available on a part time, 25-hour basis. Working hours are Monday – Friday with the flexibility to support the operation as required.

Skills:
- Current operational knowledge and competence within ground handling in a minimum of one function (ramp, bag hall, passenger services, aircraft cleaning or OPS).
- Previous training experience desirable (On the Job Coach, Line trainer or similar).
- Having a teaching qualification (L3AET, QQi Level 6 or equivalent) would be advantageous.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficient with IT.
All training will be provided.
