Cakeaway is a delivery & cafe chain that operates all over Manchester & Lancashire. Having stuggeled in the past with management - we are currently searching for the correct candidate to iron out issues within the business.
Our organisation is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, including managing staff, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to ensure high performance standards are met.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £43,267.00-£46,175.00 per year
