Wise May are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a Membership company as a Receptionist/ Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for any visitors at their reception desk and you will be required to deliver outstanding customer service. This role will also include supporting Office Administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression to visitors.
- Ensuring the reception area is always kept tidy and presentable.
- With a professional and friendly attitude, answering/redirecting calls and emails, including responding to basic enquiries.
- Ensuring that the meeting rooms are maintained throughout the day.
- Sorting and mailing incoming/outgoing post, including special deliveries and courier service.
- Manage the office environment, reporting issues to building management and booking contractors to make repairs.
Skills and Attributes:
- The ability to professionally communicate and interact in a friendly manner.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to use initiative, work independent.
Desired Experience:
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Experience of working in a corporate customer-facing environment.
