One of our Clients is looking for Registered Manager for their purpose-built Nursing Home in East England (Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire) . The homes are rated "Good" in CQC.

Job Details as Regional Operations Manager:

Job Type: Full Time
Payrate: £60,000 per annum
Location: East England (Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire)

Duties as Regional Operations Manager:

  • Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care in care homes
  • Achieving financial and business objectives
  • Providing leadership, support, and mentoring
  • Driving success and aligning operations with Kingsley vision and values

Requirements as Regional Operations Manager:

  • Experience in a similar role in healthcare or care home industry
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (CQC)
  • Active NMC pin
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Full UK driving licence
