Role purpose
Being an Operations People Leader for Autoglass is all about delivering excellence in customer service through leading a team of Technicians. Ensuring our Technical Superiority shines through, delivering a quality finish for every customer.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will fall into these areas:
- Building on our fantastic engagement results with your inspiring leadership

- Ensure you and your team deliver excellence in Customer Service

- Drive improvements in KPI’s such as; productivity, VAPS and warranty
Scale of the role
Your team will comprise of between 15 and 25 employees working mobile or in branch, covering around 300-400 jobs per week in a specific geographic area.
Starting Salary £37,000
