Atlas Repairs – Operations Manager
Atlas Repairs operates from Thurrock in Essex and serves customers throughout GB with a large team of home-based engineers, managed from the head office. The company maintains and repairs Tail Lifts, Double decks, shutter doors and curtains for its various customers: a wide spectrum of transport companies, 3rd Party Logistic companies, Lease and hire operators.
The role of the Operations manager reporting to the managing Director is to monitor the daily operations of the business responsible for overseeing an organisations’ daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company. To make sure daily operations align with the vision of the company so that its key performance Indicators are achieved.
To manage the teams and team members to perform their tasks effectively throughout the day and deliver the expected levels of customer service. To set priorities, delegate, motivate, and develop your people, you need apt management and leadership skills.

Customer updates & estimates
Breakdown Support & Administration
Spare parts & warranty
Engineers & Workshop
H&S Compliance : Company policies, ISO2015, Safe Contractor, etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
