An exciting new position for a confident communications professional to join the external relations team as an operations manager for a really fun and down to earth company.

The successful operations manager will join the team at a really exciting time and will have the opportunity to a co-ordinate talent co-ordinate support and management programme, gaining some real exposure to understanding HR and providing executive support. They will report to the business manager to oversee the administrations and operations of the external relations team.

The operations manager responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing communications on behalf of the departments director
  • Providing executive support to the directors across external relations
  • Co-Ordinating the new talent management programme
  • Providing line management for admin officers and leadership across the department
  • Provide HR support and ensure all HR procedures are followed across the department

This is a really exciting opportunity for a communications professional to gain some more insight into HR procedures, operations and executive support to help them to take the next step in their career.
