We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious country store set in the Highlands of Scotland. Mango Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Retail General Manager for their 20,000 sq ft Menswear department and large Knitwear department.

- Job Title: Retail General Manager
- Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Type: Pitlochry
- Essential Criteria:Must be an experienced retail general manager.
Must have exceptional leadership skills.
Must have a commercial mindset.
Must have and a strong sense of visual flair in merchandising.
Must be able to exceed targets.
Should be focused and goal orientated.
Ability to motivate and guide your colleagues.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Team management - delegating tasks, coaching your colleagues and providing training to ensure that our standards of customer service continue to rise.
Sales floor management - delivering inspiring window and store displays to capture the imagination of our customers, dealing with customer queries, complaints and returns in a professional manner and communicating with the General Manager to identify and resolve urgent matters.
Stock management - liaising with buyers and our warehouse team to manage stock movements effectively.
