Here at Advanced Supply Chain, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Corby at our Eismann Way site. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package!
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, challenging and innovative environment, working with the latest fashion garments. You will report directly into our Assistant General Manager, who will be on-hand to provide you with ongoing encouragement and support with any challenges you may face. You will have in excess of 10 direct reports from our Team Managers across various departments, and you’ll be on-hand to provide leadership, motivation, ongoing training and development to meet the demands of the business. Our Operations Managers play a key role in making sure the operations department is running efficiently, and meeting the demands of our high-profile customers.
