Helpdesk Administrator

Maternity Cover- Approximately 6 months but likely to extend

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

£11.50-£12.50 per hour

Adecco UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to provide support in the Planning and Maintenance team of a well-established Maintenance company in the Cottingham area.

Main Duties

• Operation of the client portal systems
• Day to day liaison and updates with management team
• Liaison and organisational assistance to the maintenance team
• Ensuring that SLA and KPI's are exceeded through effective management of the booking system and available and external customers through effective communication reports
• Positively respond to both our internal and external parties
• Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard
• Actively participate in a diverse and effective team

Experience and Skills Required

• Previous Administration experience
• Up to date IT knowledge
• Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience working within facilities management or maintenance planning would be beneficial
